About me: Born and raised in the northern Germany, I moved to the beautiful BlackForest in the early 1990s after my studies years. There, I worked for almost 20 years as an editor for a special interest magazine – with a particular focus on technology, aviation, and increasingly simulation.

As the media landscape began to change, a new career opportunity opened up for me: I switched to the IT industry and was able to focus my passion for flight simulation in my second career. My portfolio reflected my ability to convey complex technical content, clear communication, sales, marketing, support, and the organization of all operational processes.

Today, in the third phase of my professional life, I am concentrating on new areas of focus: I offer Internet services, sell my construction plans and books, and devote myself with great enthusiasm to the 3D design of aircraft add-ons for flight simulators.

I am particularly interested in those aviation classics that have shaped the myth of flying—aircraft that today live on more in memory than in active flight operations. With my add-ons, I want to bring these legends back to life digitally: as realistically as possible and with great respect for the engineers and pilots of that era.

I welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improvement—especially from those who love “BasicFlight” in the simulator as much as I do.
